    a.Profile of project:The project is located in SangJiaYu Industry Development Zone. According with the development of county economy, heating measures such as boiler and burner will be changed to satisfy the extension of the county. Urban Centralized Heat Supply Project will improve the air quality in the country.
     b.Total investment: The total investment of the project is 5.93 million USD and it will be invested by foreign investment totally.
     c.Project scale: The supplied heating area will be 0.898 million square meters, including 0.4 million square meters will be finished in phase 1 of the project and the load will be 28mw.
     d.Project contents: The company plans to construct plant, auxiliary office building, soft water system and so on.
      e.Project auxiliary facilities:The company has completely supplying of water, power, communication, road, and plant and so on
