        （四）项目建成后市场预测及效益简析：项目建成后，既解决了污水污染，，又对废水进行了回收利用，同时也缓解了地下水紧缺的现状，每年可以为公司节约2100余万元水费，社会效益、经济效益双赢利。

III. Company Profile: ShanXi LouDong JunAn Gas Generation Co., Ltd. is a joint venture that is made up of XiaoYi LouDong Industry and Trade Group, Hong Kong Jun'an Development Co., Ltd., and TianJin Jun'an Industry Co., Ltd.. It is a large scale joint venture with the integration of coal extracting, raw coal washing, coke smelting, chemical product recycling, urban heating supply, energy generating by coal gangue, fly ash building materials and railway line for special purposes and so on. The company covers an area of 619,327 square metres with the registered capital of US$30 million. The company now has more than 3,000 employees, among whom there are 180 high and middle ranking engineers and technicians. It also has a technical training centre, which is the only training centre in the city in terms of the coking sector.
IV.  Project Brief:
    a. Profile of project: The project is located at the WuTong Industry Park in XiaoYi City. The auxiliary facilities, such as water, electricity and gas, are all available and the transportation is convenient.
     b. Total investment:  The total investment is US$7.41 million. Among this US$2.23 million comes from self-raising and US$5.18 million from attracting outside investment.
       c. Project scale and contents: This is a new project, to achieve the objective of daily disposing 300 tons of sewage.
       d. Market prospect and benefits analysis: Once the project is put into operation, it can not only solve the problem of sewage pollution, but also can recycle the sewage. Meanwhile, it will help relieve the shortage supply of ground water. The project will annually save 21 million RMB water bills for the company and bring about both social and economic benefits.
V. Current Progress:
    The project conforms to the national and provincial industrial policies. It has been preliminarily approved by the City's Department of Land and Resources, Department of Environment Protection, and Department of Urban Construction Planning.
