1. 项目内容：该项目初选址于柳林县留誉镇。
2. 项目投资估算：总投资30474万美元，拟引资10000万美元。
3. 项目建设规模：60万吨/年甲醇、40万吨/年二甲醚、配套300万吨/年煤矿技改扩建。
4. 项目建设内容：该项目采用具有国内一流的综合机械化采煤技术和无压给料三品重介质旋流器洗选+煤泥浮选的联合工艺进行生产。60万吨/年甲醇、40万吨/年二甲醚生产线及其配套设施。
5. 配套情况：公司自备35KV变电站，现有一口深井可作水源。
6. 效益分析：项目建成投产达效后，预计年销售收入53000万元，实现利润6890万元。

   . This project will be located at the Liuyu Town of the Liulin County.
4.2 Investment Estimate
Total investment of this project will be 304.74 million USD, including the introduced capital of 100 million USD.
4.3 Construction Scale
This project will be a technological upgrading extending project of methyl alcohol with annual output of 600 thousand tons, di-methyl ether with annual output of 400 thousand tons and the  mine with annual coal output of 3 million tons
 4.4 Construction Contents
   This project will adopt first-class advanced domestic comprehensive mechanization coal mining technology, zero-pressure-feeding dense medium cyclone washing technology and slurry flotation technology, methyl alcohol production line, with annual output of 600 thousand tons,  di-methyl ether production line, with annual output of 400 thousand tons, and their matched facilities.
4.5 Supporting Conditions
There are completely matched facilities such as road, water supply, power supply and communication facilities for this project at present.
4.6 Market Forecast and Economic Benefit Analyses
   After this project is completed, it is expected that annual sales income will come to 530 million yuan (RMB), with annual profit of 68.90 million yuan (RMB).

5.  Preliminary Progress of Applied Project
This project has been complied with the State’s and provincial industrial policies and the project has been submitted to the Shanxi Provincial Planning Committee for project establishment. Its preliminary feasibility report has been completed by the Shanxi Coal Chemical Design Institute. Also, it has been approved by the Luliang Municipal Land Management, Environmental protection and Urban Construction Departments through preliminary examination.
