1. 项目内容：本项目属煤化工行业的新型工业，利用焦化行业经净化后符合工业用气标准的焦炉煤气新建一套年产20万吨二甲醚生产装置。
2. 项目投估算：项目总投资20000万美元，项目发起单位投入12000万美元，投资者投入8000万美元。
3. 项目配套条件情况：公司位于吕梁市东南8公里的城关镇大土河村，公共设施和辅助设施齐全。公司水源有保证并具有完备的水处理设施。和110KV变电站完全可以满足生产。
4. 项目建成后的市场预测及效益简析：项目建成后年销售收入15000万美元，年利润3250万美元，年税收3000万美元， 投资回收期6.2年。

Company Profile: ShanXi DaTuHe Coking (Holding) Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise which combined with exploit coal, coal processing, coke, generate electricity, magnesium metal alloy, processing of chemical engineering products and transportation. The company has import-export license. There are 7,100 employees with yearly output of 1.25 million tons raw coal and export of qualified cokes 1.60 million tons. The total assets RMB3.066 billion Yuan in which RMB1.349 billion Yuan fixed assets.
IV. Project Brief:
a.Profile of project: The project belongs to a new industry in chemical engineering field that is to say, to utilize decontaminated gas from coke oven to build a set of new equipment for producing 200,000 tons dimethyl ether.
b.Total investment: The total investment for this project will be US$200 million in which US$120 million from initiator and US$80 million from investors.
c.Project auxiliary facilities: The company is located in DaTuHe Village which is 8 km away from South East of LvLiang City, highway and subsidiary facilities are both well-found. The company has ample water resources, perfect water treatment facility and also has 110KV transformer substation which all meets requirements of production.
d.Market prospect and benefits analysis: After this project set up, the yearly turnover will be US$150 million, yearly profits US$32.5 million, yearly tax US$30 million and payback period 6.2 years.
V.Current Progress:
The project conforms to the national and provincial industrial policies. It has been preliminarily approved by the City's Department of Land and Resources, Department of Environment Protection, and Department of Urban Construction Planning.
