三、申报单位简况：山西楼东俊安煤气化有限公司是由孝义市楼东工贸企业集团、香港俊安发展有限公司和天津俊安实业有限公司合资兴建的，集煤矿开采、原煤洗选、机焦冶炼、化产回收、城市供热、煤矸石发电、粉煤灰建材、铁路专用线于一体的大型中外合资企业，注册资本3000万美元，占地面积619327平方米。目前公司拥有煤矿5座，年产主焦煤240万吨；洗煤精煤厂2座，年入选原煤400万吨；2~35孔JNK43—98D型焦炉3座，年产一级冶金焦炭180万吨；装机容量为4~3MW和2×5MW煤矸石发电厂各一座，年发电量为34000万度；3条铁路专用线和4个站台(850m~45m)，站台储货量达50万吨，年发运量为200万吨：另外，年煤焦油深加5万吨，粉煤灰建材砌块20万m3，年生产煤质活性炭15000T，水质活性炭500T。
公司现有的3000余名员工，其中有180余名中高级工程技术人员和管理人员，并设有全市焦化行业唯一的一个技术培训中心，中心配有各类专家型人才30人，并完善了国家法定硬件手续的有五个自备煤矿安全生产许可证、焦化安全生产许可证、三个管理体系三证齐全、全省百强企业、清洁生产达标。

It has a registered capital of 30 million US dollars, with a building area of 619,327 square meters. At present, this company has five coal mines and can produce 2.4 million tons prime coking coal per year; It also has two coal washing plants with 4 million tons raw coal washing per year; It also has three 2~35 hole JNK43??98D type coking furnaces with an annual output 1.8 million tons first grade metallurgical coke; There is one installed capacity of 4~3MW and one installed capacity of 2 X 15MW coal gangue electricity generation plant with annual electricity output 340 million kilowatt hour; there are three railway special lines and four station platforms (850m~45m) with 500,000 tons platform storage and 2 million tons annual quantity of shipment. c.Project Scale: 200,000 tons / year coking oven gas producing methanol. This is a new building project.
d.Economic Benefits Analysis: It can realize annual sales revenue of 372.97 million RMB, annual average profit payments and tax turnover is 210 million RM
