      1. 项目内容：紫金山煤矿位于兴县城南12km，南曲亭村西，建成后年产原煤300万吨，年产二甲醚 （DME）3万吨。
       2. 项目投资估算：项目总投资14375万美元，其中：企业自筹43125万美元，拟引资10062.5万美元。
      3. 项目建设规模：该项目为新建项目，拟建成300万t/年原煤的煤矿及相应能力的二甲醚（DME）工厂。
       4. 项目配套条件情况：该区域场地广阔、道路畅通、水源丰富、通讯及其它配套实施具备。
       5. 项目建成后市场预测及效益分析：本井田的煤种为气煤（QM），是很好的发电用煤，又由于该煤种挥发量在40%左右，能产气。气能加工成二甲醚（DME），二甲醚沸点（℃）低-24.8℃，加压液化后便于运输和储存；点火及燃烧性能好；有利于环保；许多机械设备都能利用。矿井毛利润为3562.5万美元/年，DME毛利润为31500万美元/年。

III. Company Profile: Shanxi Changtong Group Company is a diversified and interregional stock-holding non-   Government enterprise. Its guiding businesses are the development of coal and real estate and other businesses are car trading and hotel service. At present, Changtong Group Company has six stockcontrolling subsidiary companies, four coal mines that are producing coal and two coal mines being built. The total Group assets is 1.6 billions RMB.

IV.Project Profile:
    a. Project Brief: Mount ZiJin Coal Mine is located at West of Nanquting Cun, 12 km from Southern part of Xing County. It can produce an annual output 3 million tons raw coal and annual output 30,000 tons dimethyl ether.
    b. Project Investment: Total investment is 143.75 million US dollars, the company itself will raise a capital of 43.125 millions US dollars and plan to attract a capital of 100.625 millions US Dollars.
    c. Project Scale: This is a new building project, and planned to establish an annual output 3 million tons raw coal and corresponding production capacity dimethyl ether factory.
     d. Project Auxiliary Facilities: there is a wide field for the construction with broad road, rich water supply and convenient telecommunications.
     e. Market Prospect and Profit Analysis: the coal category in this borefield is gas coal, which is very good for electricity generation. And also because it is very easy to volatilize (volatilization rate is 40%), it can produce gas and this gas can be manufactured into dimethyl ether. The boiling point of dimethyl ether is very low, around  24.8 ℃. It can be stored and easily transported after liquefaction by pressure. It has an excellent burning quality and is good for environment protection. Many machinery equipments can utilize this gas. The gross profit of this borefield is 35.625 million US dollars per year, and the gross profit for dimethyl ether is 315 millions US Dollars per year.
V. Current Progress of Project Preliminary Trial: meet the requirements of national industry policies and has been approved by Lvliang city Land Resources, Environment Protection and City Construction Planning Bureaus.
