III. Company Profile: Lin County ShanCunWang Food Co., Ltd. was established in 1998 as a private enterprise with the registered capital of US$0.1 million. It now has the total assets of US$0.75 million, covering an area of 1,000 odd square metres. The company mainly engages in processing the series products with the brand of "Shan Cun Wang". With the annual sales value of US$0.625 million and the profit of US$0.1 million, it has become a fairly powerful enterprise in terms of processing minor cereals. 
IV. Project Brief:
a. Profile of project: This project involves production of various kinds of non-fried convenience food by using natural minor cereals. This kind of food contains high fibre and low fat and is very tasty. In addition, it also has many functions that can benefit people's health, such as hypoglycaemic function and prevention functions from coronary heart disease and arteriosclerosis. With high quality at a low price, it suits for mass consumption and has great market potential. 
b. Total investment: The total investment is US$2.28 million, among which US$0.4 million comes from self-raising and US$1.88 million from attracting outside investment.
