四、项目概况：
1、项目内容：该项目初选址于柳林县成家庄镇张家庄村，主要产品红枣精华素内含环磷酸腺苷，是一种集保健和抗癌于一体的保健食品。
2、项目估算：项目总投资4691万美元，企业自筹2815万美元，拟引资1876万美元。
3、建设规模：年加工鲜枣6万吨，提取环磷酸腺苷28吨，红枣粉21000吨，红枣精华素1600吨。
4、项目建设内容：6万吨红枣精华素系列产品生产线。
5、项目配套条件情况：交通便利，水电充足，通讯方便。
6、效益分析：项目投产达效后，预计年销售收入6.36亿元，利税2.09亿元。
五、项目申报初审进展情况：
符合国家、省产业政策，是国家鼓励类项目。现正申请立项。已经吕梁市国土、环保、城建等部门同意。

III.Applicant General Intruduction: Luilin Fu'an Industry Co., Ltd. is a nongovernmental enterprise developed on the basis of conversion on the enterprise ownership by the county committee and county government from 1999, and is one of the ten biggest enterprises in our county. The company owns four 6-pair raw coal well shafts, a pithead coal washery with the capacity of 0.6 million tons/year. The designed capacity of raw coal is 2.20 million t/y and the output of perfect main coking coal in 2005 was 1 million tons. The company owns 1460 employees, total assets of RMB 860 million, including the fixed assets of RMB 480 million and current assets of 380 million.
IV.Project General Information
a.Project Content: Te project is located in Zhangjiazhuang Village, Chengjiazhuang Towmship, Luilin County. Essential elements of red date, the main product, contain adenosine cyclophosphate which is a healthy food integrating function of health protection and anticancer into one.
b.Project Investment Estimation: Total Investment of USD 46.91 million, including self-raising amount of USD 28.15 million and foreign investment of USD 18.76 million.
c.Project Scale: Process 60000 tons of date each year, extract 28 tons of adenosine cyclophosphate, 21000 tons of date powder and 1600 tons of date essential elements.
d.Project Construction Scope: Build a production line for serial red date essential element products of 60000 tons/year.
e.Supporting Condition of the Project: Convenient transportation and communication facilities and sufficient water and electricity supply.
f.Economic Effect Analysis after Fulfillment of the Project: The estimated yearly sales income will be RMB 636 million and yearly profit & tax, RMB 209 million.
