1.项目内容：世界酒文化博览城是独特的规模型多元化旅游产品，有很强的垄断性，其特色在国内是独一无二，是酒文化旅游的最佳场所。世界酒文化博览城总占地面积130万平方米，建筑面积60万平方米，主要建设内容是世界酒文化博览城、游客接待中心、五星级酒店、景区提升项目及基础设施建设项目等。
2.项目投资估算：该项目总投资250万美元，拟引资187.5万美元。
3.项目建成后的市场预测及效益简析：该项目建成营运后，预计年可接待游客30万人次，年客流量以30%的速度递增。建成后门票收入可达187.5万美元，综合旅游收入可达562.5万美元，5年内可收回投入资金。

The main business of the company is producing and operating the famous wines of China, Fen wine and the bamboo wine. At the same time, the company possesses the well-known brand-XingHua Village, and is a well-known large comprehensive state-owned enterprise, and also is one of the 520 important enterprises in China and one of the 12 authorized businesses in ShanXi Province.
IV.Project Brief:
a.Profile of project:The world wine culture fair town is a special tourism product with a scale mode and diversification, and has a very strong monopoly, the features of which are unique at home. In addition, the town is the optimum place for wine culture-oriented travel. The total area of the world wine culture fair town is 1300,000m2, and the building area is about 600,000m2. The main construction content includes the world wine culture fair town, the tourist reception centre, the five star hotel, the promotion project and infrastructure construction project, and etc.
b.Total investment: The total investment of this project is US$2.5 million, and the proposed attracting investment is US$1.875 million.
c.Market prospect and benefits analysis: After the project has been built to operate, it is predicted that the number of receipting tourists can reach 300,000 people every year, and the yearly passenger flow volume is increasing steadily in the speed of 30%. The gate receipts after the completion can reach US$1.875 million, the total tourist income can reach US$5.625 million, and the invested funds can be taken back in five years.
