Company Profile: Established in Oct, 1998 and located in No.18, ShaHe Street, JiaoCheng County, ShanXi Province, the bureau is an organization at bureau level under the JiaoCheng county government. The function of the unit is to carry out the development of cultural relics, management in tourism industry and scenic zones (spots) within the territory of the county in accordance with the authorization by the county government.

a.Profile of project:Blending with tourism zone of XuanZhong temple, new tourism reception center of 'XuanZhong mountain lodge"is located at the bank of XuanJinJian river in the XuanZhong temple scenic spot of JiaoCheng county, ShanXi province.
b.Total investment: The total investment of this project is US$2.26 million, and the proposed attracting investment is US$1.87 million.
c.Construction scale and content of project: The project covers an area of 12,000m2, of which the main structure is divided into reception center and building complex with villas-style. The project has food & beverage reception capability of 100,000 person-time/year, accommodation reception capability of 30,000 person-time/year, and the reception level will come up to the star-rating standard for tourism and hotel industry.
d.Project auxiliary facilities:Supported by its location advantage and transportation advantage, the XuanZhong Temple, one of main four scenic spots (GuaShan Mountain, XuanZhong Temple, PangQuanGou, NanYunDingYa Mountain), becomes a hot tourism route in the city outskirts, and becomes an important place for believers from Buddhist communities at home and abroad to worship Budda toward the mountain and hold Buddhist activities.
e.Market prospect and benefits analysis: After completion of the project, the number of tourist arrivals will increase to 600,000 person-time/year, an increase of income from tourism of US$1.33 million/year, annual tax created is US$360,000, and the annual profit is US$420,000.
V. Current Progress:
The project conforms to the national and provincial industrial policies. It has been preliminarily approved by the City's Department of Land and Resources, Department of Environment Protection, and Department of Urban Construction Planning.
