a.Profile of project:WenYu River Reservoir has water surface of about 7,000-8,000mu (1mu=0.0667 hectares) with planning area (including water surface) of about 500 hectares, of which water quality conforms to the standards of drinking water. We are going to build a leisure & tourism vacation resort with culture in the reign of Emperor ZeTian WU as its foundation, of which main functions are provided as follows: Reception for Visitors, Leisure & Vacation, Folk-custom of the Han Nationality, Manor of ZeTian, Exploration & Development and Ecological Green Space.
b.Total investment: The total investment of this project is US$19.75 million, and the proposed attracting investment is US$19.75 million.
c.Construction scale and content of project: The planning area (including water surface) of the reservoir is about 500 hectares.
d.Project auxiliary facilities:WenShui River Reservoir has water surface of about 7,000-8,000mu (1mu=0.0667 hectares), of which water quality conforms to the standards of drinking water. The reservoir is surrounded by a chain of mountains and greenery, which provides an ideal place for leisure and vacation. The project belongs to a new project.
e.Market prospect and benefits analysis: After completion of the project, the annual sales income will reach US$5.375 million, and it can bring along production value of US$25 million from relevant industries with payback period of investment of 8.5 years.

The project conforms to the national and provincial industrial policies. It has been preliminarily approved by the City's Department of Land and Resources, Department of Environment Protection, and Department of Urban Construction Planning.
