四、项目概况：
1. 项目内容：石楼山、石猴山、仙人洞风景旅游区位于县城东25公里处，省级干线公路店临线穿景区而过，并西经兴神黄河大桥直通陕西省，水陆交通十分便捷，景区涉及本县3乡17个自然村，面积约50平方公里。景区内，峰峦叠嶂，林木蓊郁，植被完好，秀色宜人。石楼山，因其形似三层石楼而得名，海拔1770米。据清修县志载：早在隋末唐初，这里即有僧道进行传教活动。唐初（624年）开始大兴土木。鼎盛时期，山中祠庙林立，屋数百间，常住僧众200余人。如今古寺旧址依存。石猴山与石楼山隔河相望，海拔1600余米，山势延绵，峰峦叠嶂，翠柏森森，遮天蔽日。此山因峰顶数块巨石酷似石猴而得名。山腰间现存元大德年间复修的道观遗址。仙人洞位于县城以东13公里的交楼申乡仙洞口村，与石楼山、石猴山遥相呼应，浑然一体。该洞乃一庞大的石灰岩溶洞，洞内石钟乳形状奇特，晶莹剔透，美如白玉。项目内容包括景区道路、停车场、旅游厕所、餐饮、住宿等设施的建设。
2. 项目投资估算：项目总投资375万美元，引资337.5万美元。
3. 项目建成后的市场预测及效益简析：项目正常实施后，年接待人次可达20万人次，年可实现收入625万美元人民币。

III.Company Profile: The bureau is one of the section departments of Xing county government, and implements the protection of historical relics in the county, the management of tourism industry and the development of the scenic spot.
IV.Project Brief:
a.Profile of project:The tour spot of ShiLou Mountain, ShiHou Mountain and XianRen Cave landscape is located in 25 kilometers away east of the county town and the provincial main highway Dian-Lin Line spans the scenic spot, which crosses XingShen Yellow River Bridge in the west and directly connects ShanXi Province, so the land-and-water transportation is quite convenient. The scenic spot covers three townships and 17 natural villages of the county, and the area is about 50 square kilometers. In the spot, the ridges and peaks are folded, the trees are lush, the vegetation is well kept, and the scenery is attractive. ShiLou Mountain is well known for its shape like a three floor stone building with the elevation of 1,770 meters. According to the county annals of QingXiu County, as early as the end of Sui dynasty and the beginning of Tang dynasty, there were monks who were conducting mission activities. In the beginning of Tang dynasty (the year 624) people went in for buildings in a large scale. In golden age, hill temples have been built up in large numbers, there were hundreds of houses, and the number of resident monks was more than 200 people. Nowadays the sites of ancient temples are still remaining. ShiHou Mountain look at ShiLou Mountain separated by a river with the elevation of more than 1,600 meters where mountains snake away into the distance, the ridges and peaks are folded, the trees are thick and prevent them from sunshine. The mountain becomes well-known because the few rocks on the summit are very similar to stone monkeys. The Taoist temple restored in the time of Yuan Dade is existing in the mountainside. XianRen Cave is located in XianDongKou Village, JiaoLouShen Township, which is 13 kilometers away from the east of the county town. The cave coordinates with ShiHou Mountain and ShiLou Mountain from afar, which forms one integrated mass. The cave is a huge karst in which the stalactites are in peculiar shape, beautifully caved, and as beautiful as white jade. The construction content includes the establishment of such facilities as roads in the spot, car parks, tourist toilets, food and beverage, lodging and so on.
b.Total investment: The total investment of this project is US$3.75 million, and the proposed attracting investment is US$ 3.375 million.
c.Market prospect and benefits analysis: After the project coming into effect formally, the number of tourists received every year can reach 200,000 people, and the income can reach US$6.25 million a year.
V.Current Progress:
The project conforms to the national and provincial industrial policies. It has been preliminarily approved by the City's Department of Land and Resources, Department of Environment Protection, and Department of Urban Construction Planning.
