1.项目内容：该项目结合文峪河水库独特的湖光山色，以武则天文化为内涵，有着较好的市场卖点，与周边旅游项目存在明显差异，有很强的互衬性。项目紧靠307国道，距夏汾高速开栅出口仅5公里，与佛教净土宗祖庭交城玄中寺毗邻，与晋商大院旅游热线约30余千米。该项目是依托文峪河水库开发的旅游项目，水面约400余万平方米，水质达Ⅱ类标准，周边山势险峻，河谷优美。目前，该项目已定成规划编制，正着手进行可研编制和项目立项。项目占地26万平方米，建筑规模设量10万平方米。总投资4.7亿元人民币，建设内容有武家庄园、企业之家、唐风街、民俗风情园、水电道路通讯等设施。建设周期5年。
2.项目投资估算：总投资587.5万美元，拟引资375万美元。
3.项目建成后的市场预测及效益简析：建成后平均每年接待游客达40万人次。年收入可达750万美元，利润可达375万美元。

II.I.. Company Profile: The bureau is one of the section departments of WenShui county government, and implements the protection of historical relics in the county, the management of tourism industry and the development of the scenic spot.
IV.Project Brief:
a.Profile of project:This project is based on the specific scenery of WenYu River Reservoir, and combined with the culture of Empress ZeTian WU. So it has a high market value. As a quite different one, it forms a strong comparison with the other surrounding tourism spots. Its location is near the 307 National Highway, and it is only 5 kilometers away from the KaiShan exit of XiaFen Expressway. At the project's side is XuanZhong Temple, the original center of the JingTu Buddhism sect; More than 30 kilometers away is the very hot tourism line of Jin businessmen's mansion. This project based on WenYu River Reservoir, it contains a water surface that is more than 400 square meters and the quality of its water reaches criteria II. The surrounding mountains are steep and the river valley is beautiful. Up to now, the planning work of the project is fulfilled, the organizing work and the project initiating work are also undergoing. The project will take up an area of 260,000 square meters and the construction area is designed to be 100,000 square meters. The whole investment of the project is RMB470 million Yuan. The facilities need to be constructed contains: The Wu family's manor, Home of enterprises, Street of Tang Dynasty's style, Folk-custom displaying park and other facilities supplying water, power supply, communication and traffic. It will take 5 years to complete this project.
b.Total investment: The total investment of this project is US$5.875 million, and the proposed attracting investment is US$3.75 million.
c.Market prospect and benefits analysis: After the project coming into effect formally, the number of tourists received every year can reach 400,000 people, and the income can reach US$7.5 million, the profit will be US$3.75 million.
V.Current Progress:
The project conforms to the national and provincial industrial policies. It has been preliminarily approved by the City's Department of Land and Resources, Department of Environment Protection, and Department of Urban Construction Planning.
