2、项目投资估算：总投资1543万美元，部分贷款，拟引资400万美元。
3、项目建设规模：日产2500吨水泥回转窑生产线，预计两年建成。该项目属新建项目。

III.Brief Introduction to the Application Unit：The company, founded in November 2003, is a private-owned stock-holding enterprise. Its registered capital is 10 million RMB and the number of employees is 195. It located in the east where is 10 kilometers far from Lvliang City and is close to No. 307 National Highway. So the company enjoys the convenient traffic and favorable geographic location. Its main business scope is to produce cement and lime. The products include 32.5 and 42.5 ordinary silicates, slag cement, composite silicate cement, lime, and gravel. The annual production output of"Yi-Ju" brand cement is 700 tons.

a.Project Details: Referring to and summarizing the experience on the design, construction and management in the domestic advanced cement manufacturers, this cement production line is relatively superior in the aspects of overall layout, types of equipments, level of automatic control, and environmental protection, especially the highly automation of production. Owing to the comprehensive management of the central control on all on-site processes and mechanical and electrical equipments, the production line can ensure the high quality of its cement.
b.Investment Fund Estimate: The total investment is US$ 15.43 million dollars, among which US$ 4 million dollars is planned to attract from outside investment, and the rest will be financed by loan.
c.Scale and Construction of the Project: The Rotary Kiln Furnace Production Line with Daily Cement Output of 2500 tons is plant to be complete within 2 years. This project is subject to the category of newly-built projects.
d.Project Supporting Situation: The company located in the east where is 10 kilometers far from Lvliang City and is close to No. 307 National Highway and enjoys the convenient traffic and favorable geographic location. So the park enjoys the outstanding environmental conditions for investment.

It has achieved the approval and initiation from Lvliang City Economic & Trade Commission with the number of Lujijingmao [2003] 375 in December 2003. It has already passed the preliminary examination by the departments of Land and Resources, Environment Protection and Urban Planning.
