1、该项目位于山西省恶虎滩乡沟门前村，主要产品是
吕梁红麻（暗红底带有少量黑色条纹）
吕梁幻彩虹（粉色为主色调，夹杂五彩飘带条纹）
吕梁满天星（底色为黑灰色夹杂棕色及墨绿色芝麻点）
吕梁万年青（底色为墨绿色夹杂浅绿色松针样花纹）、
吕梁浪涛花（主要色调为粉色、白色、黑色扭曲细条纹组成）
吕梁杜鹃红（黑底红花，其花形似杜鹃）等。
2、项目投资估算：项目总投资646.2775万美元，其中：企业自筹225万美元，拟引资421.2775万美元。
3、项目建设规模及内容：该项目为扩建项目，拟建成年产成品荒料5000立方米的生产平台4个,年产花岗岩、大理石2万立方米建成年产板材30万立方米的生产线一条。建筑厂房占地60亩,外形为长方形(东西长400米,南北宽100米)。其中:花岗石荒料场、龙门吊、切割机工作面、生产线车间，共55亩；办公区,锅炉房等5亩.购置矿产开采及石材加工设备32套
4、项目配套条件情况：该区域场地广阔、道路畅通、水源丰富、通讯及其它配套实施具备。
5、项目建成后的市场预测及效益简析：项目建成后，年新增销售收入1000.025万美元，年创利400.025万美元，年创税87.525万美元。

Ⅱ. Sponsor Enterprise: Xing County XinShiYuan Stone Co., Ltd
Ⅲ. Company Profile: Xing County XinShiYuan Stone Co., Ltd was established in September 2005 and located at GouMenQian Village, EhuTan District, Xing County. The company mainly engages in the development and production of granite.
Ⅳ. Project Brief:
a. Profile of project: The project is located at GouMenQian Village, EhuTan District, Shanxi Province. The main products include LvLiang red ramie (dark red background colour with a few black stripes), LvLiang fantasy rainbow (the dominant hue is pink, mixed with colourful ribbon stripes), LvLiang starry sky (black and grey background colour mixed with dark green sesame dots), LvLiang evergreen (dark green background colour mixed with light green pine-needle stripes), LvLiang waves (the dominant hue is made of pink, white and black thin stripes), and LvLiang azalea red (black background colour with red flowers, shaped as azalea).
b. Total investment: The total investment is US$6.462775 million, among which US$2.25 million is from self-raising and US$4.212775 million from attracting outside investment.
c. Project scaleand contents: This is an extension project. The objectives include building 4 production platforms for annual output of 5,000 cubic metres waste materials, achieving annual output of 20,000 cubic metres of granite, and setting up a production line that can annually produce 300,000 cubic metres of lamella compound. The workshop will cover an area of 60 mu (1mu=0.0667 hectares), the shape of which is a rectangle with the east-west length of 400 metres and north-south width of 100 metres. Among that, the granite waste material site, the gantry crane, the working surface of cutting machines are altogether 55 mu, and office building and boiler rooms take up 5 mu. In addition, 32 sets of equipment for mineral extracting and stone processing will be purchased.
d. Project auxiliary facilities: The area has spacious space, unimpeded roads and abundant water sources. Communication and other auxiliary facilities are all ready.
e. Market prospect and benefits analysis: Once the project is completed, the annual income will increase by US$10.00025 million with the annual profits of US$4.00025 million and the annual tax of US$0.87525 million.
Ⅴ. Current Progress:
The project conforms to the national and provincial industrial policies. It has been approved by the municipal development and reform bureau and been preliminarily approved by the City's Department of Land and Resources, Department of Environment Protection, and Department of Urban Construction Planning.
